Enhanced Reporting – This module moves from static reporting to a dynamic, on-demand analysis. Card360 filters raw transaction data into useable business-relevant analytics. The solution also connects any available demographic and account data and presents it in a user-friendly format. Customers define a series of rule-based filters to customize the offering. You can define custom card groupings based on usage tendencies, monthly spend, and any demographic data. Transaction reporting and card data can be exported to Microsoft Excel to ensure that your customers have access to data. Card360 design also enables each customer to define a sub-set of custom transactions for analysis and use in profitability and rewards programs.
Business Analytics– While the Enhanced Reporting addresses what’s already occurred, this package focuses on the future. It provides your customers with the tools to positively impact cardholder behavior – which drives additional revenue for you as well. First, the module tracks targeted marketing campaigns from concept to list generation to results. Customers can create, execute, and measure campaigns based on usage patterns and demographic consistencies. It also allows them to offer incentives or promotions (e.g., spend $500 and win an iPod®) and measure its impact on usage…and profitability.
Card360 provides the tools to quantify the financial success of card programs. The profitability engine includes interchange – the primary source of card revenue – as well as processing costs, surcharge rebating, foreign fees, PIN charges, issue costs, personalization and more. Financial metrics are maintained by card, enabling detailed analysis on custom groupings and allowing branch and regional financial reporting. The module also analyzes top card contributors, underperforming programs, maturing segments, and ROI.

About the Technology: Card360 is a relational database application developed in ASP.NET 2.0 and built on the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database architecture. The solution is deployed at the card issuer for maximum security. Nightly, automated feeds populate the solution. Client-specific settings define the marketing, profitability and rewards reporting, and analytical capabilities of the system.
